The Ga Den Haag staff are eager to show you the best of The Hague and will do everything they can to make your visit unforgettable and to tailor your outing to your wishes. However, there may be times when you need to review the terms and conditions. We've listed them below.

Ga Den Haag stands for Group Arrangements The Hague. We are a collaboration of the following foundations: De Ooievaart, De Haagsche Stadsfiets, De Haagse Toren/Grote Kerk, Lunchroom op Bierkade 19, and Ga Den Haag Arrangementen. In these terms and conditions, we refer to Ga Den Haagas a standalone package for these collaborating foundations.
These terms and conditions apply to agreements that Ga Den Haag concludes with the booker.
The General Terms and Conditions Ga Den Haag were originally drafted in Dutch. This Dutch text and Dutch law will govern their interpretation.
Ga Den Haag is not responsible for general information contained in photos, brochures, advertisements, websites, or other information carriers prepared or published by third parties. The information on the website(s) managed by Ga Den Haag is authoritative.
The general terms and conditions of Ga Den Haag mentioned in the agreement prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Ga Den Haag.
Participants in Ga Den Haag are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of all parties they visit with Ga Den Haag . Any complaints about the execution of the package or rental must be reported on-site so that a solution can be sought.
Tours via Ga Den Haag are in all cases at your own risk.

Agreements with Ga Den Haag primarily concern group packages. The program content, cost, and date/time of a package are always agreed upon between a Ga Den Haag employee and the booker.
Contracts exceeding €500 or 40 participants are partially paid in advance. 50% is due upon signing the contract/confirming the order, and 50% is due two weeks in advance.
Good weather guarantee for Ga Den Haag 's own products
Ga Den Haag offers the option of purchasing a MooiWeer Guarantee. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for 15% of the total package price. If you cancel under the MooiWeer Guarantee, the entire booking fee, excluding deposits, partner product fees, and the MooiWeer Guarantee itself, will be refunded.
Catering:
can arrange catering for groups upon request Ga Den Haag . For the Ooievaart, you can choose from standard products from our own caterer: ooievaart.nl/groepsvaarten/catering.
Ordered catering can be changed or canceled up to 72 hours before the cruise departs. After that, no further changes can be made.
Ga Den Haag will always do everything possible to accommodate customers. Changes or cancellations may occur.
In some cases, costs have already been incurred, which are the responsibility of the booker. This is a maximum of one time the invoice amount. Cancellations submitted outside office hours will be processed by Ga Den Haagon the next business day. Any changes to the booking and/or (partial) cancellations of reserved services can only be made during office hours and only at the booker's request. Ga Den Haag will charge the booker for any resulting costs.
In addition to cancellation or amendment costs charged by third parties, these may also include costs incurred by Ga Den Haag to implement the change or partial cancellation.
For up to 15 participants, cancellation is free of charge 14 calendar days in advance (during office hours) .
This applies only to Ga Den Haag: bike tours, walking tours, boat tours, and tours of The Hague Tower. Different terms and conditions may apply to external products.
After that, 100% of the invoice amount is due.
For up to 30 participants, cancellation is free of charge 30 calendar days in advance (during office hours) .
This applies only to Ga Den Haag: bike tours, walking tours, boat tours, and tours of The Hague Tower. Different terms and conditions may apply to external products.
After that, 100% of the invoice amount is due.
For groups of 40 or more, a 50% deposit is due upon confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. In addition, for cancellations made 30 days or less before the start of the package, 100% of the total invoice amount is due.
We always base this on the number of people stated when confirming the package.
Some Ga Den Haag products are offered regularly. This means individual tickets can be purchased for fixed time slots.
Cancellation of individual tickets for regular Ga Den Haag tours is possible 24 hours in advance (during office hours). After that, the ticket price is non-refundable.
Ga Den Haag offers specials for which individual tickets can be booked. Specials are offered on websites such as dagendenhaag.nl.

Booking or order to organize a package, reserving products/services from Ga Den Haag.
Ga Den Haag will use all the information provided by the booker to organize the booking as effectively as possible, tailored to the group and taking into account the booker's wishes and any special circumstances disclosed to Ga Den Haag. Ga Den Haag will tailor its services to your needs as much as possible, but is not obligated to accommodate any request.
Certain information is required for bookings: name, (mobile) phone number, and email address.
To properly prepare a package, information about the group is needed so we can tailor the tour to your needs.
Mobility/health information may be relevant when, for example, boarding/disembarking a boat or climbing The Hague Tower. The booker is responsible for reporting this information. If Ga Den Haag is not informed and this affects participation in the booked package, any additional costs will be borne by the booker.
7. Rental of Lunchroom Bierkade 19
7a. Catering:
Beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, beer, soft drinks, wine, and water) can be ordered within the terms and conditions agreed upon with the booker.
Catering must be arranged in advance (no later than two weeks); we can discuss whether we can accommodate your needs. The cost of pre-ordered catering will be included in the invoice.
7b. Invoice
We aim to email the invoice to the booker 2 weeks in advance.
7c. Cancellation policy for Lunchroom Bierkade 19 rental.
In case of cancellations after booking, 25% of the total invoice will be charged.
In case of cancellations within one month before the rental date, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.
In case of cancellations within 14 days before the rental date, 100% of the total invoice will be charged.
Once you accept Ga Den Haag's proposal and costs, either in writing or verbally, the agreement is finalized and Ga Den Haag will begin organizing the agreed-upon event. You will receive confirmation and an invoice for this.
For agreements concluded by telephone, you are bound by the agreement after Ga Den Haag has confirmed the arrangement. This confirmation should preferably be provided in writing (by email). If you make a down payment, this will serve as proof that you have accepted Ga Den Haag 's offer.
When the agreement is concluded Ga Den Haag assumes that the booker is aware of the general terms and conditions as described on the website.
Ga Den Haag may cancel the agreement if the number of registrations is lower than the required minimum number of participants announced prior to booking. Ga Den Haag will notify you in advance. If you have already made a payment, Ga Den Haag will refund the amount.
Ga Den Haag will do everything in its power to fulfill the agreement. In doing so, they are dependent on third parties. It is possible that Ga Den Haag cannot fulfill the agreed-upon arrangements and must revoke them. Ga Den Haag must make the revocation as soon as possible and will always do everything in its power to propose an alternative in consultation. If the booker agrees to the proposed alternative, any (additional) costs will be borne by the booker.
Invoices are sent to the booker in advance by email. Ga Den Haag strives to do this no later than two weeks before the agreed-upon date.
Payment is due before the start of the package. We reserve the right to cancel the package if payment has not been made.
GA Den Haag, located at Bierkade 19, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.
